Not able to put the 200 EMA indicator on the nifty futures chart

I use zerodha. I day trade nifty futures. 

In the nifty futures daily chart for the current series (Jan 2017), i am able to see prior data only until Nov 2016 hence i am not able to put the 200 EMA indicator on the nifty futures chart. Please let me know if there is an option to put the 200 EMA indicator on the nifty futures chart.

    One way is to put the spot Nifty chart and then add 200 EMA indicator. Only issue is you may not get the volume data.
To add go to MW (Market Watch) tab in Zerodha PI and add the following security by selecting the options:
NSE - > Normal -> Indices -> Nifty 50
Hope this helps.
In tools like Amibroker you can get continuous Nifty future data, but you have to spend money on tool and data.
